WHO WE ARE: CEC Incorporated is a private corporation specializing in engineering, architectural, planning and construction management services, serving the building and facilities, transportation, and infrastructure market sector. CEC Incorporated previously operated as Civil Engineering Consultants, a partnership business that was formed in 1988 and existed until 2016 before it became Incorporated.

HISTORY: CEC first opened as a partnership business in 1988 at Georgetown, Guyana as a structural engineering firm. Over the years, the firm’s disciplines grew to include civil engineering, road design, water resources and architecture. CEC became an incorporated business in 2016. CEC has primarily provided consulting services to the private sector.
