HARRY P. DEODHARRY, HTD, B.Eng (Civil), MGAPE
Engineer Harry Deodharry is the Managing Director of CEC Inc. and has over 45-years of well-rounded experience in major areas of structural engineering designs, project management, and construction monitoring. Most importantly, Engineer Deodharry spent his entire career working as a Consulting Engineer and is knowledgeable in all ten Regions of Guyana. He has also worked internationally. Engineer Deodharry graduated from the University of Guyana and served as an external examiner for several years at the Faculty of Technology, University of Guyana.
Engineer Deodharry has experience in almost all types of buildings and wharf structures. Before becoming a founder/partner of CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS in 1988, Harry Deodharry worked for over 13-years with DAVID KLAUTKY & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers. Mr. Harry Deodharry is truly an accomplished Structural Engineer and have worked on numerous projects using Staadpro Connect and Prokon softwares.
RALPH SEEGOBIN, B.Eng (Civil), M.Sc, P.E. (NY & FL), MGAPE
Engineer Seegobin has over 37-years of experience in the general practice of civil engineering in the multi-disciplines in Guyana. Importantly, his engineering practice started as a Soils Investigation Technician and he has worked in many Regions of Guyana.
Engineer Seegobin, after graduating, lectured at the Faculty of Technology, University of Guyana for 6-years and at the same time practiced engineering with DAVID KLAUTKY & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers, on a part-time basis before becoming a founder/partner of CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS in 1988. Engineer Seegobin has also worked for many years in Florida & New York where he is registered as a Professional Engineer in both States.
Engineer Seegobin is an accomplished computer designer and is very familiar with many softwares including AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION and Microsoft Office Suite. He has done numerous water resources modeling using Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and ICPR. As a structural engineer, Mr Seegobin is very familiar with Staadpro Connect and Prokon softwares and has developed numerous spread sheets in EXCEL to assist in computation of quantities in building, road and for earthworks.
NARAYAN RAMSARAN, Dip. Tech (Civil), SLS
Mr. Ramsarran is a Sworn Land Surveyor (SLS) and has over 28-years of experience in performing cadastral and engineering surveys and occupational and Topographical Surveys. Mr. Ramsarran is an Associate to CEC Inc. for over 23-years and has worked extensively in many Regions of Guyana.
KRISTOFF DEODHARRY, Dip. Tech (Civil)
Mr. Kristoff Deodharry has over 17-years of experience working at CEC Inc. and is a Senior Civil Engineer. He is an accomplished computer designer and is directly involved in the production of drawings from designer’s notes and is skilled in preparing bar bending schedules from the structural drawings. Mr. Deodharry is responsible for special inspections, supervising, monitoring and tracking works during construction. This involves interacting with Client, Contractor, Architect, Quantity Surveyor and other related specialists.
KIRK BEATON, Dip. Civil Engg, Cert. Basic & Advance Autocad
Mr. Beaton has over 4-years of experience working at CEC Inc. and is an Assistant Architect. He is an accomplished AutoCAD and structural computer designer. Mr. Beaton is a final year student in the B. Arch programme at the University of Guyana and will be graduating in December 2020. He is directly involved in the production of drawings from designer’s notes and is skilled in preparing bar bending schedules from the structural drawings. Mr. Beaton is responsible for special inspections, supervising, monitoring and tracking works during construction. This involves interacting with Client, Contractor, Architect, Quantity Surveyor and other related specialists.
IQBAL GHANIE, B. Eng (Civil)
Engineer Ghanie has about 1-years of experience working at CEC Inc. and is a Senior Project Engineer. He is also an accomplished AutoCAD and structural computer designer. He is directly involved in the production of drawings from designer’s notes and is skilled in preparing bar bending schedules from the structural drawings. Mr. Ganie is responsible for managing construction sites, performing special inspections, supervising, monitoring and tracking the works during construction. He interacts with the Client, Contractor, Architect, Quantity Surveyor and other related specialists.
HALCEYON HING, Cert. in Autocad, Dip. Project Management
Ms. Hing has over 6-years of experience working at CEC Inc. and is the Office Manager. She is responsible for the smooth running of the office on a daily basis and manages the administrative staff. Ms. Hing organizes meetings, sets up appointments and implements administrative procedures, manages the social media channels of the company and undertakes the accounting responsibilities. She is also a certified Autocad user.
JESSICA BACCHUS
Ms. Bacchus has over 4-years of experience working at CEC Inc. and is the Administrative Officer. She manages the office records and database including correspondences, deliveries, supplies, and prepares analytical reports. Ms. Bacchus other responsibilities involves tracking office supplies and answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
